Site Evaluation
We evaluate your outdoor space, sun exposure, layout, and possible attachment points.
Our engineering experts physically visit your site (or analyze digital architectural layouts) to assess structural integrity, solar angles, overhead clearances, and optimal pole locations or wall mount positions. We ensure the proposed structure strictly respects Utah & Arizona wind standards.

Custom Design & Planning
We create a custom shade plan and provide renderings so you can see the concept before moving forward.
Using state-of-the-art tensile design CAD software, we model your property in 3D and project the exact shade shadows at different hours of the day (9 AM, 12 PM, 4 PM). This lets you visually preview the overlapping angles and color pairings in real environments before anything is built.

Deposit to Start the Project
Once the design and estimate are approved, a deposit gets your shade sail project started.
After we refine the 3D rendering to your exact satisfaction and sign off on the finalized estimate, a 50% Deposit secures your materials, locks in your scheduling slot, and initiates custom structural metalwork and design engineering.

Materials & Fabrication
Choose from 44 shade sail colors to complement your property and design. We coordinate the fabrication of the steel components needed for your project, including structural posts, wall mounts, base plates, sleeves, and custom attachment solutions.
Each project is different, so components are selected and fabricated around the specific design, site conditions, and attachment requirements of your shade system

Installation & Tensioning
We install the posts, wall mounts, hardware, and shade sail, then tension everything for a clean finished look.
Our dedicated installation crews drill post-footings, anchor heavy columns, secure structural wall brackets into structural timbers, mount marine-grade 316 hardware, and apply several hundred pounds of precise tension. The result is a smooth, drum-tight, wrinkle-free shade masterpiece.
